Our custom-designed tutoring targets the specific learning needs of each student, helping them become stronger readers and develop a love of reading!
About Us
Our Background
Lavender’s Bleu is a Reading Tutoring Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We work with students, pre-K through grade 12, who struggle with or need enrichment in literacy. Our mission is to support and empower our students to develop as readers by providing positive and accessible instruction. Our services are designed to meet your student's needs, building on and extending your student's current skills, interests, and knowledge.
Our Expertise
All our tutors are certified Reading Specialists with an M.Ed. Degree in Literacy Education; several also have Ph.D.s in Education. You will not find more qualified tutors anywhere! We were honored to be chosen as the TulsaKids Family Favorite in Tutoring for 2021 and 2022.
Personalized Lessons
Following our free baseline assessment, we provide intensive, one-on-one 30-, 45- or 60-minute weekly sessions, personalized to your child's unique needs. Our tutoring takes place in six book-themed tutoring rooms: Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland, Charlott e’s Web, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Very Hungry Caterpillar. These rooms help us achieve our goal of connecting to the magic in books and cultivating a love of reading.
Monthly Book Subsription
